    Kriegsmarine Reenactors

    Greetings All,

    I am looking for any Kriegsmarine reenactors out there. I am specifically looking for connections for repro insignia(P.O. Boards and Tabs) and uniforms.
    Any help in this is greatly appreciated. Thanks

              For right now the Group alludes me but there is a U boat re enactment group I belive Chicago where the U55 is. About a year ago I was contacted by one of the members when I posted a help question in one of my yahoo groups asking for the sizes and pics for the straps for the AUER goggles. I picked up about 30 pair of them that where dug up and I wanted to restore a few of them.
              If I find the name I'll post it.

                  Fred I actually made a mistake in the Uboot number, it's U 505 not U 55 ....If you go under a search for U 505 re enactment it will bring you to thier site and I'm sure they can direct you to someone for actual Kreigsmarine. These folks are working hand in hand with the museum and hope to be part of a working tour.
