Dug-out Police stuff and an abzeichen, maybe somebody can id it?

I bought a big bunch of dug-out stuff..among several Police and Waffen-SS buckles. And so many more different stuff..

There were some interesting items among. Like a 2nd class iron cross in rubber impregnated bag, cross is made by "65". It`s a nice piece..gave it to my friend who collects those. That`s a piece of history.

But I have also some unknow stuff. Like abzeichen, Police buckle with still remaining original red paint?

And the schulterklappen, are those police or SS?

Thanks!! Just want to know what it is before I sell it, I had to buy the whole cake to get also the SS stuff.

    Cheers Tommy

Btw I cleaned the buckles with special stuff which cleans rust, and preserves the original paint if that`s still under the rust. Like on this buckle..

But why does it have red paint?? (perhaps fire police??)

last photo...the abzeichen is marked 1937 or so. And there is also a code.

            Is it for headgear?

Here is some SS stuff.I think that the Police buckles cleaned up better because they are still nice black under the rust.

Have to change tactics for the SS buckles.
