    At the end of the day if they hadnt of found it then it would have been lost to time ,looking at the resto photos it looks like they used as much of the original as was possible. looking at the other finds on that website it looks like the Rukis are excavating everything they can get their metal detectors to find ,incredible.Rob

      The world of military vehicle restoration (and classic cars etc) are very different in regards to the standards applied to other areas of collecting militaria. Restorations are perfectly acceptable and are the norm. It is very different to collecting medals etc.

          they can always change the sheet metal to more original looking but at least it not like the stug that been left out to be scavenged !!
