I envy you. Check out the new Deutches Historical Museum in the old Zeughaus on Unter den Linden (they have Hitler's Chancellery desk), the Flak tower remains in Humbolthain Park, the remaining wing of the Propaganda Ministry right off the Wilhelmstrasse, Göring's Air Ministry on Wilhelmstrasse, and KZ Saschenhausen for sure - it's in Oranienburg but the S-Bahn runs out there. There is now a plaque where Hitler's bunker once stood, but the area has changed so much that it's a little hard to visualize. Also, the Topographie des Terrors (the former Prinz Albrechtstrasse SS HQ) is kind of neat - it's on Niederkirchnerstrasse. The older U-bahn stations have a lot of history, to, but you have to know where to look. Möhrenstrasse (sp?) U-Ban station is clad in marble from the Old Richschancellery. If you can get ahold of Tony LeTissier's Berlin Then and Now it will point out all the neat TR era things that are still there. I'd also recommend the old Leibstandarte-SS AH kaserne in Lichterfelde - it's still all there for the most part, althoughh they were tearing down one of the barracks when I was there last March.

Be sure to chck on the progress of the demolition of the DDR-era palast der Republik as well - it' right acros Unter den Linden from the Berliner Dom and Lustgarten. Take lots of pictures!

      Soviet War Memorial (Treptower Park)

Check out the Soviet War Memorial in Treptow Park. There you will find some of the marble removed from Hitler's Reichskanzlerei.

As others have said there is plenty to see in Berlin.

It's worth searching this forum for Berlin as you will see pictures posted by other members of their visits.

Here is one of my favorite places:

This is the old Bendlerblock, now on the renamed Staffenbergstrasse. They have a museum of the resistance in the actual building where some of the plotting and the denoument took place on July 20/21, and the complex is still in use by the Bundeswehr.
