Grave of British paratrooper & his para-dog

Hava any members been to one of the British cemeteries in Normany that contains the grave of E. S. Corteil and his para-dog Glen. Both were part of A Company, 9 para battalion. They were killed by friendly fire. Their story was profiled in 'After the Battle".
    Has anybody visited their grave?
    Thanks,
    DWG

There are literally over 2000 British and Commonwealth Cemeteries. Do you know specifically which one?

I recently visited Pegausus Bridge as part of a 3 day tour of Normandy, and we did actually plan to visit Ranville Cemetary however, the rain was incessant around 1630 and it was chalked off. I was disappointed as I wanted to visit the grave you mentioned in particular.

Taken from the notes of our guide, I have posted a pic below of the man and his dog.

          Regards Richard.

Always looking for Luftwaffe Kampfflieger related document groups. In particular anything to Kampfgeschwader 2.
