    German Unit ID

    I once saw a picture (so I think) of a German Cavalry unit (I thought they were police but could be wrong) They wore Wehrmacht side caps and Wehrmacht uiforms (with orange or light green collar tabs, in my mind's eye they're orange) with an SS sleeve eagle. Could this be possible and if so is there a source for info on such a unit, their uniforms and photographs of them. The photo I saw was in color.

    It sounds like they could be members of the SS Polizei Division.
