Hi Guys, here are a few photos I took a couple of weeks ago. As you know our group attended the 21st Indep. Para. Coy. reunion in Newark, Nottinghamshire. After the reunion ended we thought that we would visit a few of the villages nearby where other units of british 1st Airborne Division were based in the summer of 1944.
We drove out a few miles into Lincolnshire to the small village of Caythorpe. The village church has a wonderfull memorial to the Airborne Signals.
