For jump badges I like the NCHS (George Peterson's) badges, but also have Cyrus Lees badges (Soldat.com). At The Front's jump badges are great if you are ever stranded on a desert island, as the polish on them is so great, it is reminiscent of a survival mirror, and I would be scared of burning/blinding some hapless GI with my reflective properties, so that is out. Plus the casting is not 100% kosher and has WAY too much bend in it.

For Side lace boots, about the only mainstream provider that comes close is 1944 Militaria. I've not seen theirs up close, but SM Wholesales and a lot of SM Wholesales resellers are not cut right. 1944's leather is not 100% on either, but is better. (Also I don't like SM Wholesales business practices...so I would advise ordering from them at your own risk)

Heershemd can be purchased from Lost Battalions (Lostbattalions.com) in both the M35 and M43 styles.

As for the FJ Y-Straps, those I've had done custom, so I couldn't tell you, as I see very few that do them right anymore.

Now the spanner bolts. German Para Helmets has a contact listed, but he does not respond to emails. However, there is a neverending supply of fakes coming from Latvia that were supposedly dug out of the ground. These come in complete sets of 4 and some loving spray with WD40 will set these up nicely. E-Bay has been the only reliable source for these, and they show up pretty frequently...but I wouldn't worry about them running out. There will always be fakes.
