Hi Guys, last weekend I got to spend my annual long weekend with the Pathfinder Vets. I had a feeling this years reunion might be the last one? However, they have decided to continue and have another reunion next year.
There were 11 Veterans in attendance, plus wives and families.
I have now taken on the task of being their clubs newsletter editor. I feel that I owe them a debt of thanks for being able to attend their reunions for the past 8 years, and in this way I can repay them
Here we have a group shot taken before dinner on Saturday night. Not all the Vets are on the pic, some not staying for the dinner.
Left to right, starting at the back we have: Ron, who served in Palestine; Peter, South of France & Greece; John, Arnhem, Norway, Palestine;
Front row: Don, North Africa, Italy, Arnhem, Norway, Palestine: Jim, South of France & Greece: David, Arnhem, Norway, Palestine: Solly, N Africa, Italy Arnhem, Norway. Glyn, South of France & Greece.
Cheers, Ade.
