        Iff you look at the last pic you will see at the wall some darker sight...
        On the both sides off this memorial are all the names off the 1.722 M.I.A.

          Randy, Thanks for sharing this with us......This cemetary has a special personal meaning to me.....My great Uncle was buried there following his death in Germany on April 19, 1945......He was latered reinterned in Wisconsin.....We have pictures of his grave site with the young lady who "adopted" his marker.....She was a Dutch woman who was responsible for taking care of his site......My family corresponded with her after the war but has long since lost contact.....We've often wondered what became of her.....Bodes

            Very moving. To think of how many young people died in this conflict who never really had a chance to live.

                        Nice pictures! I adopted a grave a few weeks ago. As soon as the details come in I will travel to Margraten to lay flowers at the grave. I think it is important that we all take care of our fallen liberators!
