    Good Enough

Here is a link to a picture on WW2 In Color .com of an 88
    http://www.ww2incolor.com/gallery/germans/aak
but in fact the picture isn't from WW2 it's actually our KKA unit at an even in the USA here's the link to the page on our website
    http://hometown.aol.com/greatpolarbear/KKAphotopage.html
and here's the link to the actual picture

This picture was taken at Pottsboro, TX/Tactical Tanks- Living History
(May 31, 2004 Memorial Day) event. Makes you feel real good when your pics are mistaken for real war time pics. Guess we must be doing something right. Our unit has even had comments from WW2 german coastal vets praising our unit on how well we portray them and that makes it all worth while

A real 88 has to be one of the ultimate WWII German military collectables . Where did your organization get it??

        the 88

You are most welcome. We got some sad news a week or so ago. The owner the 88 had passed away a few months back and his widow sold the gun. We still had use of it but now the new owner has taken possession of "Deborah"(the 88) he has moved the gun to another state and is going to strip her down and redo the paintwork and display it in his private museum. The unit has offered to man her if the new owner wants to do this
