Funny, I've asked the same question several times on different occasions with the same results.

Zippo, nada, zero. Either no one knows or are afraid that the 'fakers' will clue in.

This site seems to cause some angst amongst the helmet folks,
      www.casque.org (France) really good repros.
Or try www.military-steel-helmets-and-decals.com out of Britain I think. They use the original laquer adhesion method as well.

      Try Google german helmet decals.
Good hunting, if you find some more please post them.

Thanks Larry for the info.I know I have asked this question myself at least 2 times with this my only answer.I am not trying to make helmets and sell them if I was do you think I would use my real name etc.But anything is better than those water transfer junk.

          Dennis,
          You are most welcome.
And yes it is most refreshing to see someone not afraid to use their real name and not some ridiculous moniker.
I believe that the forum asks for a proper name to be used does it not?

            helmet decals

Larry the second web site you have posted is in Memphis,Tenn and is pure crap at its lowest level. The French site is pure junk. The only difference in these decals and the cheap old water transfer decals is the price.I can get these decals from Reddic Int for about $3 ea.I will PM you when I find the decals that you and I want.I am not putting you down in anyway but I already know these people and have a few decals from each Co. and they are not worth the money or time to use them.I don't want the decals to fool anybody but I do want a good decal.

            Have fun

              Dennis,
No offence taken, thanks for the heads up on the sites.
I would be most interested in what you find as I too would like to have a decent decal for my restored helmets.
I had not yet ordered from the French firm so I can not say one way or the other.
If I can find the address for the English company I will send it your way.
              Thanks for the input.

              Cheers,
              Larry.

                      Gentleman,
                      This was the website http://www.helmet-decals.co.uk/index.html
The website has been down for awhile. I have a feeling that they have gone underground. They are starting to pop up on helmets. Their SS and heer were the best repros I've seen yet. Very scary.
