Is there any interest in Colorado's 10th Mountain Division Camp Hale? I went by it last week - not much left, but if there's any interest I'll try and make a trip back this summer and take photos of what's left - that is, if anyone is interested.
Yes! Most definitely interested! I've been through leadville a few times but was never able to stop. The early war site of the first 10th Mtn Div Camp right above Aspen has a plaque but I saw nothing else there. I can't recall the name of the valley but its on the highway leading up to Pearl Pass.
