There's a little militaria flea market in Sofia, near the Alexandrovski (whatever) chapel/church (what you call it?)

Bought two Soviet victory medals there and a patriotic war badge.

          Thanks Nick,
However Sofia is a bit out of range for this holiday, however this
info is noted for a future Sofia vacation.

Alexander Nevski cathedral. There are also plenty of antiques shops and a very interestinbg Military museum - but that's far away from the seaside /400 - 500 km/

              Hi Theo

Yep that was the name of that church, about the antiques shop's In Sofia: Don't think you where the first with the Idea of looting all TRM from Sofia, been there done that, this is what I found of TRM after an ENTIRE day of Antique shopping:

1 medal, yes yust 1 medal, An eagle order 4th class in case of issiue, I thought, yes finally a collecting break... But they knew there stuff They asked 500 euro for it, and since I didn't have expertice on these I past the offer, it could have been a fake...

1 bulgarian Luftshutz helmet, for a 100 euro, I passed on that one to hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahhaahahahah ahahahah
              don't know why that's funny.

That's it, 2 items after douzens of shop's so don't go levitating yust yet...
