There was a film on Discovery I think, about who is most possible to have reported about the Frank family. Unfortunately now I do not remember who they were guessing it was

Tino, thanks for the schematics. Those give a very good idea as to the size of the hiding place. It actually had quite a bit more room than I had thought. Still would be very unpleasant to be cooped up in that building for years knowing what was waiting outside no matter how much room you had.

I went to the house a couple of years ago and the only thing that will always stick with me were some of the actual diaries on display. You can see her handwriting stlye change from one that is relatively childlike, becoming more developed and adult-like as the time passed. That left more of an impression on me than the series of empty rooms in the house.

not to shift the topic away, but I'm suprised no one has mentioned the resistance museum in the city yet. I found it to be great and extremely informative. It complements the ann frank huis very nicely.
Does anyone know if the nearby church was present during the war? Thanks!------------------------------------------------
