Besides, the mere fact that he was born in Spain does not make him Spanish any more than the fact that I was born in Ukraine makes me Ukrainian. For all you know, he was born to white Anglo-Saxon parents. And what does any of this have to do with supposed Jews, Mexicans and "any other races" in the Klan?
The site is funny to read though, as its a great example of the Klan apologia (the kinder, gentler Klan...); the author even tries to prove there were thousands of... Black Klansmen.

I find this whole discussion rather pointless but just for the books, "Mexican" is a nationality not a race as 99% of people use it. You'll find many, many Mexicans that are as white as the best aryan TR poster boy. You'll find that there are a couple of thriving Nazi -and white supremacist- organizations in Mexico that aren't very well-known of internationally.
Sadly, stupidity knows no borders or ethnicity.

In case anyone ever wondered -

The skull, bones and “or Glory” banner are directly copied from the crest of the British 17th Duke of Cambridge’s Own Lancers.

              KKK and WW1........

I studied the Klan many years ago, but from what I remember the original organization did not have as its purpose racial purity, Americanism/nativism, hatred of the Jews, Catholics, etc. The original Klan was formed to fight the injustices of the early Reconstruction period. One of the things the robed Klansmen discovered was that they could frighten the (at-the-time) newly freed superstitious black populace of the South. That Klan was formally disbanded by its Imperial Wizard (Nathan Bedford Forrest) around 1867 and ceased to exist. Later, the Klan was resurrected and turned into various and competing organizations. The later iterations emphasized varying bigotry and include the one being discussed here. The attempt to connect the Klan of old with the hate for everyone filled, bigoted one of today via the Confederate flag (as seen in one of the illustrations here) is a sad re-writing of history and stretches the truth.
