Recruting for 211 Grenadier Regiment
We are starting a New German Living Histiory Unit: The 211 Grenadier Regiment part of the 71st Infanteri attached to the 6th Armee.
Our Mission is to let the public know that not all German Soldiers were bad.
As of now we are in the recuriting stages. We have been cleared through the WW2 Historical Re-enactment Society to go ahead with this unit.
As of now we have a friend in Berlin translation the units history for us.
We are forming this group because most units want you to spend up to $2,500 just to start out with, NO WAY!!!
Our goal is to put together a believable living German unit all done within a modest budget. Like me, many people have hobbies but not enough resources to enjoy it fully.
Most itmes can be bought if you shop around, e-bay, and throguh some of the no name sellers.
This units HQ is based in Central Illinois, and we have another HQ in North Richland Hills Texas.
