visit to Landsberg

Hello,
I'm going to Munich in September and was planning a visit to Landsberg.
I was wandering if you can still see Landsberg prison. And if so, how about taking pictures?
Same question about the Bad Tölz Junckerschule. I was told there is a new center (Flint center) beiing build.

Hi TVD, I think the prison is still an active one, so taking pictures will most likely be banned. Don't take any without permission. I cannot help on Bad Tolz, sorry.

Thanks for the info. I'll be carefull with my camera. Maybe a snapshot from the front gate. I have read that Oswald Pohl is buried in the cemetary that is close to the prison, so I'll have a look there as well.

I went past Bad Tolz about 10 or 15 years ago and took this photo. I understand that the arch is now gone...I think a member who lives close told me that in an old thread...

very good webside indeed. Give's a good inside look of the postwar mixed feelings of the Landsbergers and their history. Now I really want to see the cemetary!
