All British Legion trips in general are called off for this year. Even the VJ Day 75 which was supposed to take veterans to Thailand,Burma,Singapore etc in August is all off

Good idea, unless they want to kill them all!
Here in Italy the association I belong to had in program great celebrations for the 75th anniversary of the liberation too. Many veterans from the US were supposed to come in visit, but everything was postponed to September.

I'm happy that I took the time off of work to go with a few friends from the forum for the 75th last year. It was a certainly a bucket list for me...I would be devastated if this all happened last year.
