I "think" it was in this forum that someone had posted pictures of Villers Bocage today. meaning possibly in 2009 i THINK the date was here when I found them a long time ago

anyway, this person had found and visited and posted pictured of

the road Wittmanns tanks were parked on before the attack
Wittmanns command post (there was a white fend, telephone pole in this picture
then the gap into the field from the road the tanks drove off in

does anyone remember this here? if so can you help me find this

i am trying to find these locations today

After log in, under the search, type "Village Bocage" and you can find some information.
