Tim, that is not a 1. Germans captured Paris 78 years ago today June 14th. France surrendered June 22, I believe Hitler toured Paris June 23. As of picture my guess the 22nd, hopes this helps and cool pic.

Although, this parade was not "in Paris".
This was a photo taken at the parade of 7.Panzer-Division in Bordeaux
It's the day of "29 June" or "1 July".
