Where is "Dr. Love"

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,
I hope that everyone is fine. Awhile back "Years Maybe" there was a guy on this Forum who called himself "Dr.Love' that would make repairs on medals and Badges. I think he would restore denazified medals and things like that. Does anybody know what happened to him or better yet, how he can be reached? Thanks, Butch Gooch
