    Conservative-restoration of oxidized Neusilber buckles

    What is the best way to make a conservative-restoration on a nickel german ww2 buckle?
    Not doug find, only superficial oxydation.

    I know someone use ultrasonic bath..

    Obviously I dont mind to use any kind of acid.

    jup ultrasonic bath and some dreft ( the green bottle to clean disches)
    i' used it on some very good grounddug aluminium buckles and i was baffled with the grimm and grime that was in the reservoir
