Hi guys,
maybe polyurethane foam and after it dries out you can shape it with a knife and sandpaper.
Or stuff a large piece of sponge in the calves and then wrap the foot with nylon/cello tape. While wrapping it with nylon/cello tape you can adjust it to give the shape you want.sigpicLooking for the photo albums of Leutnant Emil Freitag, 3. / G.R. 377

Bondo binds to fast (becomes completely hard within just 3 min). The smell is really something indeed. for not very large holes I prefer this water-based wood-filler, it is like clay you can shape it, has almost no smell, dries like clay and easy to clean and cheap
