Oxalic acid (Oxalsäure) would be good imo.

I used 1kg of Oxalic acid for 18l of water, 6 ours, I will post pictures soon, great effect, stencils, stamps, decal (sicher, entsichert) visible now.
meybe decals on helmets are more durable, stencils on tubes (sicher, entsichert) , and luminescent paint on sight cannot be in acid to long

to neutralize acid after cleaning I used water (Karcher) low pressure (inside of pipe high pressure), soap, and dish-washing liquid

after that dryed and apply wd40

what are other methods of neutralising this acid??

          The rust looks inert.

Put the tube in a 50% humidity environment and dont touch it.

Even active rust wont continue if you do this.

Photos shows tube before cleaning, now it is cleaned (I have to make picture).
Will humidity environment neutralize this that left after acid?

              Hi ,

Basically rust needs 65% humidity to start.

Maintain 50% and rust simply cant happen.

Buy a hygrometer(humidity gauge) and contol the environment(Usually through a dehumidifier) and i can assure you , you wont have problems.
