Material Gas cape

recently purchased a gasplane but was in very poor condition. I carefully unfolded the cloak and found about 50 holes the size of an apple( These holes were caused by the worms). I would like to patch those holes with the same material layer or a similar material. I hope you can help me, thank you very much

I'm sorry to say that there is no method that can be used to succefully repair this with out causing more damage.
