Ren Wax and Medals

Can Ren Wax be used on medals for preservation?
Also for the iron core of EK1@2.

You will get various opinions I am sure but my experience has been that Yes you can and with great results.

Before you apply any Ren Wax to a blade, or any othe medal surface. Be sure all finger prints and previous oil or grease has removed completely.

You can use it, I personally am not that crazy about Renxax, pure for the dull layer/look things waxed in will get...

It's advised to gently wipe over the Ren Waxed surface with a clean cotton cloth. This will buff out the foggy appearance and leave behind a protection layer. With Ren Wax a tiny bit of it goes a very long way.

No fogging and more important, protected.
