Old Tom is not exactly renowned for his photography skills or thoughtful handling of merchandise.
I recall wincing seeing some pics on his site of flags photographed laying right on the grass.

I have had the same thoughs when watching this video, along with his recent one on the 1st luft presentation. I never let my fingers touch the blades of my pieces....I immediately was surprised when I saw him. In general, I'm often surprised by the way top pieces are handled, displayed and moved at, to and from shows. For example Seeing a 10,000$+ beautiful Chained SS sitting out on the table in the scabbard with no case, no padding, scabbard laying on the table and then later being stuffed in a duffel bag.....

On another note though, Witty's probably desensitized to handling amazing pieces! A nice problem to have....

Who owns a genuine SS honor dagger and who watches honor daggers on you tube ? I have also seen him handle uncirculated U S currency with his bare hands......HIS BARE HANDS !! I will never let him touch my buffed sharpend,retipped HJ knife .............never,because I am a purest and special. I even wear gloves when I touch my girl friend,you would too if you saw her. I'm sure she would let you.
