    Great job. Which process did you use? I have several badges in similar shape.

      I have had success by putting olive iol on the badge and wrapping it in Saran Wrap, or any other cling wrap, and leaving it for 48 hours. Olive oil is natural and not a petrolium product, like vasoline.

      After that time, I use a very soft, old toothbrush and clean with Ivory Dish Washing Soap and dry thoroughly. The results can be spectacular.

        I tried this with a couple of zinc pieces, when you gave me this advice, some time back and the results ARE spectacular!
