pab ~ removing finish.

i have a pab with no finish left but its bright golden in colour(?)

any ideas how i could remove this finish/colour?

if you feel that its post war painted then you can use aceton and a toothbrush.

on wikipedia they say aceton is in nail polish remover.. would that work?

aceton is very cheap and could be found in every supermarket.
