UV Protection for uniform and doc displays

I just found this UV light protective film for windows, which looks to be a good way to minimize fading in tunics, award ribbons and docs we want to display openly in our cave. I actually sought out something like this to allow sunlight back into my dark cave.

Robert. Yes, That's a good idea. I use several different types of these films in museum settings. Covering the windows is just what you want to do to help protect your display items. Just make sure you check the films yearly. Some of these films do deteriorate quickly. You might want to double check with the manufacture on the films life span. Also just because you have the covering on the windows. Do not place your items close to any windows. They still do not stop UV rays 100%, but they are very close. Paul

Yes, I've found other products, and am making the choice for the one with the highest protection rating, and the longest life.
