Display Cases

Hello, I would like the forum's opinions on this display case, would it be a safe place to display your Medals in? By safe, I mean will it not harm them.

PETER the link works fine... The display case made out of acrylic material is safe.... If medals are going to be stored in such a case. A few small things still need to be concidered. Keep the humidity levels low at all time is a must. If the medals have cloth ribbons on them aviod direct light. ie sunlight, spot lighting. Acrylic cases do not prevent uv rays from fading the fabrics colors, and acrylic cases can not be used as a moisture barrier (will not stop moisture from getting inside). Also if a medal with an original case is added (which is made out of cardboard or paper) into a acrylic case. The medals box can still out gas. If you add a cloth covering to the bottom of the case. Either use a fleece, or 100% cotton plain cotton(NO DYED COLORS). The fleece and 100% cotton are safe to store items on. Fleece is overall the best. It will not attract moisture.
