Displaying Magazines (Signal, Der Adler, The Wehrmacht)

As of now I have in my procession a total of 9 magazines of the Signal, The Wehrmacht, and The Eagle (Der Adler).

Is there such something as an oversize ablum cover and oversize plastic inserts?

      safe storage

Hello , I am glad to read you care this much anout historical documents!
First, a word of warning. You must only use "archival" products. archivally safe Mylar 'plastic' bags in the magazine or newspaper size. Plus, you need a stiff card backing(this to must be acid free-and lignin free, etc.) If you desire to seal the protective bags with tape YOU MUST USE ACID FREE TAPE.. along with the usual care of not letting tape touch your magazines or newspapers. I always bought the best archivally safe stuuff from the comic book preservation company called "BCEMylar" at bcemylar.com but I see their site is down today- If you can get to a decent comic book store, they will be able to steer you in the right direction---but , please do not purchase their cheapo plastic comic book/magazine covers from china--these are deadly over a 10-20 year period-your old paper will burn up with acid and begin to be brittle and disintegrate.
PS the safely archivally protected magazines should not then be put in a regular card board box---these have--you guessed it--- high acidity

      Good luck, Michael Fay
