Dear Dr. Love,
I have a sick medal in need of treatment.
In the scan below you can see an ugly, messy blob of solder that is presumabley there to repair a broken screwpost.
I presume it's well within the Doctor's capabilities to remove that yukky stuff and reattach the screwpost in a much more professional manner?
Below my badge are two un-messed-with examples. As you can see, at about the 7:30 position (red x) there are serial numbers. In my example the number's been covered with the solder. Can the Doctor also restore the number?
