I have an idea I'm playing with, and just sounding it out here...If you have a bayonet scabbard that is dented is there any way to get the dents out...I was thinking about possibly filling it with water, capping off the top in some manner (that's the trick), and freezing it to expand the dents? Any ideas? Yay or nay? chris...

Freezing
Chris, Be Careful with the "Freezing" method. I knew a guy in my hometown that tried this with a Motorcycle gas tank. That sucker ended up in way worse shape than it was after the wreck that it was in. I think he is useing it for a doorstop or a Planter now. So be careful.
All the best and good luck! Butch
