Care of invasion flag

I have a US invasion flag arm band. I know that it's a printed item on a oil cloth type matreial. Is there any way that this maybe cleaned and carefully stored off the jacket? There is also a fold in the material where the jacket folded. Is there any way to carefully flatten the fold out. Thanks Paul
