guys i just cant wait. the forum member has just got back to me about the ground dug knights cross. If this gentleman does agree to send this baby, you will see with your own eyes this STUNNING CROSS displayed on this forum as good as when it left the factory sixty odd years ago. Paddywhack: yep, super glue and a couple of brass "bridges" I fashoned to keep the two halves together. It's holding up ok in a riker mount

. Looks ok from the front though.

You need to take a cast from a glider with BALL HINGE, not from the other ones, these are different makers and they have a different design.

hi frank i only need to take a cast off the front of the badge i can then solder a ballhinge on to paddys? can some one post pic of the ballhinge badge please

this badge has been repaird with zinc and not your silly epoxy glue it is now as good as it left the factory over sixty years ago
