How much are these worth?

RKF comments ...

... seller wants $1,850 for 6 of them. Sounds like a
good deal but it's hard to tell the fake ones from real.
Thinking the one with writing on must be legit though.
So if that one is legit, maybe the others are too?

To me, these flags have always been the most
"iconic" of all GI bring-back items - and I would
say, can often be very historically-undervalued
by collectors . . .

nice lot.

I agree with Oldflagswanted.... worth about $2000 for the lot if pieced out.

If I was offered the lot... I would be comfortable at $1200. I would keep the SS belt and spange and sell the rest to reduce the cost I spent. You can likely get $1200 for the rest, and keep those two items for free.


Flags are nice and desirable display size. I use to hate writing on them when I started collecting 40 years ago. Now like them even more. Robert

Lol the flag with the signatures is really cool. The Brit helmets and modern glengarry are not worth much. I mean if its an old man who bought them back and cant afford his electricity bill you know probably $1500 ( then sell the lot for $2000 and make $500 If its some chump who got them from an estate sale then $500. Ditto, and the U.S. GI soldier name & unit
listed info makes it worth aound ~$2K IMO.
Most valuable & best item in this veteran lot.
