My New RK & Panzer Schirmmütze Skipper Greenwade Cases!

    Hello Everyone!

Just wanted to share a few items from my collection in brand new cases built for me by fellow WAF member, Skipper Greenwade. I met Skip at the SOS in February and he showed me some examples of his work. I was really impressed. When I got home we communicated back and forth on design ideas, etc. for my identified Panzer Schirmmütze and my Juncker 800 L/12 RK.

Attached are pics of the finished products with my items. I am SO PLEASED with the results of Skip's labor. When I decided I wanted a "pulpit style" headgear stand that had the officer's name and unit on it, Skip came up with the style and put it into action along with the iron cross ribbon! For the RK case I told Skip I really wanted something that identified the type of RK and he came up with the idea of using the name plate. Beautiful!

I cannot say enough good things about the politeness, respect and talent of Skip. He is a first class gentleman. Dealing with Skip was a joy! He answered emails very timely and I think his pricing is very fair.

Fellow collectors, if you are thinking about having a nice case custom designed and built for one or more of your treasures PLEASE consider contacting Skip and talking to him about what he can do for you.

You can find his website at: http://www.skippergreenwade.com

I am NOT a compensated endorser. I am simply a customer of Skip's who is VERY PLEASED with his work.

Very nice KC and Visor. And the Cases of course are outstanding. This is the way how Items should be displayed.

Pretty spiffy case! Looks like a nice custom job.

I like the plaque you made (or had made as well)- very nice!

Is the wood maple? It sure looks like it.
