    Japanese Militaria Display Options

    Hello folks -
I have a relatively office/den, so I don't have the ability to set up a lot of the traditional tiered katana racks. I had to get creative and leverage the skills of Skipper Greenwade.

For my NCO swords, I leverage a rotary rifle stand. Then, I sketched out a bayonet wall rack and a 4 sword free standing rack, and Skip made it into reality. Attached are some photos - the Arisaka bayonet rack has magnetic slots to help keep the bayonets attached securely. I know many members are familiar with Skip's work because I have seen some of the threads in this forum. I am impressed with Skip's speed of work, attention to detail and affordability - I have a knee mortar project in mind next, and I look forward to sharing it once we make it into reality.
    Regards, Dan

Very impressive Dan, and well set out mate for the limited room you have to display your collection, and yes Skip has designed, and put together some nice designs for holding Military items.

          Japanese Collection

I think this is very well done, given your limited space. Nicely displayed pieces. I must say, I like your sword collection.
