    K98 Bayonet Display

I have managed to aquire matching examples of the K98 bayonet from the years 1935-1944 with frogs. Can anyone suggest a way to display them? To throw a wrench into this, I also have young children at home, so safety is a priority of course. So we have come to the conclusion that if I cannot find a way to display these safely, they will have to go. I for some reason am not content on storing them in a box, hidden away. I know others are in the same boat here, what have you done? Thanks in advance for the help!

A locked glass case would be the best if in a public area or put them out in a locked room.

You could always either display them up on a wall using a framed display or hooks of some sort. Just so that they are up and out of reach of the "little hands". Or get some sort of display case that locks. You can find these a lot of times when businesses have a going out of business sale. Cases can be found much like dealers use at shows. Glass top, metal frame, and a key lock mechanism. You shouldn't have any problem finding something on-line that would work for you either. Just go to google and search till you find something that will meet your needs as well as look nice and fit in your budget.
