How to display a large flag

I have an original imperial flag, approximately 6ft x 3ft, that I would like to display. I want to have it custom framed, but wanted to see if anyone has other suggestions for displaying it in a protected manner.

    Hello F:
Would love to see your flag, and if
you email me a photo I might be
able to tell you more about how to
display it. No sunlight or bugs is best.

Thanx, I put the top of the flag around a padded wooden rod that is then wedge into the frame. (bit like toilet paper on a toilet roll holder) Takes the pressure of the flag and avoid using pins, or thin objetcs that can tear the fabric. J

Nice flag, thanks for the look.
Again keeping it out of the sun
& away from moth attacks are
                two main concerns to manage.
For display, I would clamp the
top edge to suspend it onto a
neutral pH padded wall, & with
                the flag under sealed plexiglass.
