I start with Schützen/Panzergrenadier Regiment 1, for this unit I have three pieces.

First Soldbuch from Unteroffizier Werner Lorenz who served with I Bat. and later with 4. and 5. Kompanie of this regiment. He was a prewar member of this unit and survived the war being awarded the EK II, the PABiB, Ostmedaille and WBiB.

Now we have the Wehrpass, two photos and the provisional EK I citation to Oberfeldwebel Harry Harling, unfortunately someone try to enhance it adding some bogus entries, but still a nice piece, he was killed on December 11th, 1.943 in Radomyschl and buried in Krassnoborka. He served with the 9. and 1. Kompanie and received the EK II, EK I, PABiB, Ostmedaille, WBiB plus the Sudetenland medal and Long Service Medal for 4 years.

Last for this Regiment is the group to Feldwebel Willy Örtel who also survived the war and served 7. and 6. Kompanie. I have his Wehrpass, proposition to award him the PABiB, his Dogtag, award page of the divisional insignia and citation for his CCCiB plus minor documents relating his service.

Now it is time to Unteroffizier Paul Schleicher who served with 9., Stab II and 5. Kompanie from Schützen/Panzergrenadier Regiment 113.

I have his CC days list and he was awarded a CC day when Ernst Müller was KIA (Ernst was KIA at Iskra and he received the CC day at Federowka) and when Harry Harling was also KIA (Harry was killed at Radomyschl and he received the CC day at Krassnoborka where Harry was buried)

Fascinating collection Angel. Thank you for taking the time to post it.

I am very interested in the fighting around Sedan in May 1940. Do you have anything from the 1st Panzer Division from around this time?

Only piece for Panzerpionier Batellion 37, but for a DKiG winner, just his EK II citation, but I am more than happy with it.
