    Hi guys,

Thanks for Your enthusiasm about this subject !!!!! I love it !!!

One more special item i have, and almost forgotten i had.
A 1943 first edition of a book about Richard Wagner.
But this one is special, it's a very rare copy, because it's signed and dated personaly by the mayor of Bayreuth, Friedrich „Fritz“ Kempfler.
Very interesting for me, not only for his connection with the Wagner family and the Kriegsfestspiele, but he was also a SS-Standartenführer.

        Hello guys,

Another one, a remembrance edition for the Meistersinger performance on the Kriegsfestspiele of 1943.
An entrance ticket for this performance was showed on this thread before.

          That's a fantastic collection!
Although I've only seen a few live performances of R.W.'s music dramas, I've been a fan since high school and enjoy the operas on discs, open reel tape and on records.

                  Photobucket

                  Hi guys,

Pictures are gone, impossible to host them here anymore.
Photobucket is asking now $ 400 a year for 3rd party hosting. It feels like a hostage.
So bye bye Photobucket and going to make myself a association member now.

                  Greetings, Glenn.
