    Free display cabinet

So cabin fever is killing me so I looked around the shop and had enough materials for another display...but I don't need one. So I figured I would build it and maybe a newer/tight budget collector may want one.

It is solid oak frame with oak plywood as a back. It has 1" low density foam with a cloth covering. It has plain 5mm glass so I suggest it not be displayed in direct sunlight. Overall it is 26"x14" with a viewing area of around 24"x12".

I have only displayed insignia and it holds them well. Might be tight for metals, not sure, but all you would have to do is replace the foam with a thinner kind.

I will send this free of charge to North America, overseas I would need some help with shipping as it is heavy!!!

Anyway I thought I would try this before the garage sale or ebay

The one I am working one

I hope so too. I didn't ask. There was absolutely zero interest and I was about to give it to my wife to do a "crafty" shadow box of some sort when I finally got a pm last nigt.

                Thanks! appreciate it

If anyone wants a custom sized or different stain colours, just let me know. I can build them for under 20 bucks and I LOVE to build them LOL

I could do museum rated glassed ones but I would have to charge for just the glass.

So I have 2 out now and one has arrived at its new home

I'm getting busy with the company now but I have one little one left I am almost done. It is 12"x20" (pictured ones are 30"x18"). If anyone wants it let me know. I won't put hinges or clasps on until I find out how the person wants to hang it...long and narrow or short and wide.

No charge in North America. Will look like these 2 I just sent but smaller

I hadn't ironed the fabric in the first one yet
