This is my tropical helmet of the dak. Dated 1942 with the na me of the soldier .















And my m40 luft helmet dated 1940.

It's not paint on the stg it's simply a treatment of the metal to protect it against rust. I can remove it simply . It' sa special product use to protect weapons

I will try to make other Photos of the stg. For it i'm looking for a magazine because this magazine is in poor condition.

Unfortunatly it's not a local find, but i know it come from Strasbourg in France . It was in a cellar during a lonnnnng Time.

I think the herringbone pattern on the swastika on your armband is indicative of a reproduction. So I believe that it's no good.

But I love your pith helmet and goggle display and your other items.
