great artwork- surely time consuming
maybe consider the danger of gassing out, as many collectors here warn against when using styrofoam for historic items (perhaps integrating a protective layer between styrofaom and helmet liner?

After looking at some of the other threads on helmet liners. I'll prolly invest in a helmet stand and save this for something else. Don't want to possibly ruin the liner on my first helmet
