    My Waffen ss Camo helmet

    Hello,

    Today, I show you this WSS helmet.
    I found this helmet recently near Nancy, with many other US items in a farm in Remereville.

    It's an German M40 helmet, Quist 66, lot number DN 268.

    " M40 Q66 DN268 SD SS ZSH SM "
    source by Brian Ice.

    This helmet probably belonged to a soldier of the 17th SS PanzerGrenadier Division "Gôtz Von Berlichingen".

    Usually, I don't collect the waffen-SS items, but I wouldn't want to pass up this opportunity.
