    One of my War Rooms

One of my War Rooms (still in progress)

I have a wood display cabinet from an old friend's personal collection that stands as a great piece of furniture in its own right...My quick photos don't do it justice, but it's heavy duty old school solid construction and can hold a lot of weight when needed...If you have the space it's a great idea with its wide body and substantial drawers...I have guns and swords in it currently with a sword stand on top.

Opinions and comments are welcome (except on how to clean)...Thanks for looking. Ed

Across the room I have a large set of cabinets along one wall with display space above...Handy as hell, but I think most significant others would object to the space it takes...The good news is my wife doesn't care since she doesn't use it...The bad news is I really need a militaria decorator!

    Thanks for looking. Ed

That's quite an arsenal of weaponry you have there! Looks like a nice space to display your collection. Congrats

Worthy collection! And it is good that there is a place for her! You have all of the items are on kamode, in the center of the room. Although the free space is still there! I would more fully have mastered wall and sloping part of the ceiling, are the ceiling height!? On the table top,as variant to showcase! Not a deep, 10-cm,for small items.

It looks like you have the market cornered Savage pistols! IMO: A much underappreciated pistol until recently.
BTW: These were the 3rd of the big three in pocket pistols very popular up to WW II. The other two were the Colt Model 1903 and the Remington Model 51.

Glass Top coffee table display case

Glass top Coffee table display case...There is one drawer and I'll post that later...This is one of the best display ideas I've seen and you can but some inexpensive versions, versions with more drawers or spend big bucks and get custom ones from exotic materials...Flat file cabinets with a glass top works great.

If you worry about security, the visible glass top table is for showing your first class friends...When your second class friends visit, cover the glass with a table cloth!
