            Amazing

            François, is the pin with the eagle & bomb in post 319 attributed to 2.K./88? I have a LC brass 2.K./88 souvenir plate with that eagle & bomb on it, but I have seen it in references attributed to various other LC flying units.

                  mine is not,another collector from this forum has one engraved, the pin exist both with and without the swaz. I can be wrong but no other attriburion than 2.k./88. bOf course, don't hesitate to correct me

                    Not a correction, just curious. My LC 2./K.88 souvenir plate is shown below - heavy, solid brass, I assume cast from post-war discards. The only other plate like this I've seen is in Bender's Legion Condor book (page 320).

                        Both from the 2.K/88; with swaz when equipped with Ju-52 and without swaz when equipped with He-111
